Driven by unique musical soundtracks recorded specifically for this method of healing, Trance Dance takes participants on an 'inner journey' not limited to our normal perceptions of space/time. Ritual trance journeys have been a vital part of shamanic and eastern dance cultures for thousands of years. Our contemporary approach to Trance Dance brings together the richness of these ancient rituals with some startlingly effective modern techniques. “

Ritual Trance Dance is a journey within yourself where your soul expresses its highest intentions through your body. With an inspired blend of tribal rhythms, intention, breathwork and intuitive movements with your eyes covered, you will be transported to a world of daydreams, where a powerful journey of discovery begins!

Being in a trance state allows us to access our subconscious, our deepest self and let it express.
It is a powerful experience that opens a space for healing, manifestation, visions can appear, answers may become clear, emotions emerge... Each session is unique to each one, discover what your soul wants to reveal to you.

Marianne has been dancing for as long as she can remember. She consider dance like one of the most natural way to express, definitely her favorite language.
Passionate by dance and movement and its effect on ‘human’ on physical, mental and spiritual levels, she’s continuously exploring new approach, leading her to study from dance techniques, fitness and training concept, shamanic principles, and other practices such as Reiki and NLP. She’s also the co-founder of Plein Soleil.

Practical information:
*Doors open at 6:30 p.m., start of the session at 7p.m (it won’t be possible to join after 7pm)
* Wear a comfortable outfit, barefoot or in socks
* A blindfold will be lent to you to cover your eyes, but if you prefer you can also bring your own
* No dance or meditation experience required
* It’s recommended to not plan anything after the session and to minimize talking to favour the experience’s integration and to let it continue during the sleep (it is possible to have more dreams the night after)
